**State Manager - Victoria**

We have a national network of owned and operated branches which supply and fit industrial tyres to a vast portfolio of customer machinery.

We are looking for an experienced State Manager to successfully lead our teams located at our Truganina and Keysborough branches and expand our operations predominantly in metropolitan Melbourne.

Prior experience of material handling equipment and/or industrial tyre service would be a distinct advantage but is not a pre-requisite. What is essential is the ability to drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and profitability.

The key responsibilities of the position are:

- Ensure service cadence is maximised to ensure resources are properly utilised and KPIs are met
- Build and maintain relationships with customer base
- Motive and inspire your teams to achieve excellence and work safely
- Identify new market opportunities
- Develop and improve systems and processes
- Fully manage the P&L
- Effectively manage stock levels

Initially your team will consist of 5 tyre fitters, and a customer service administrator but with the potential growth in the state you will be able to grow the size of your team as you build your customer base.
