**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity within our Human Resources team for a skilled and seasoned HR Business Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible working alongside business leaders to attract, retain and engage the workforce to support business growth and performance. You will have the opportunity to act as a coach and trusted advisor to leaders regarding all employee related matters.
**The Responsibilities will include**:
- Providing timely and relevant HR advice to the business to drive effective management of ER matters.
- Partner with the business units to contribute to the development of business plans.
- Contribute to organisational definition, restructuring plans and organisational changes.
- Workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders and finance.
- Facilitating the hiring process including role requirements definition, internal mobility opportunities and second interviews.
- Guiding learning and development initiatives including training needs analysis.
- Delivering the alignment of short-term incentive programs across your portfolio.
- Succession planning and talent development in the function.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- A tertiary education in HR and/or Industrial Relations
- Strong HR Generalist experience
- Strong employee relations skillset with Awards and EBA experience
- Background experience in multi-site workforces
- Demonstrated outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- A solutions-oriented mindset and HR project capability.
- The ability to drive change and influence decision making.
- Demonstrated coaching skills.
- The flexibility to travel as needed for the role, approximately 25%.
