**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
You will provide customers and their families with information about KinCare, schedule assessments and respond promptly to all enquiries about the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). You will also provide an efficient intake experience for prospective customers and deliver an excellent customer service with the aim to grow our client base and promote our services.

You will ensure all documentation is received and processed accurately within our CRM system. Your day will mostly be on the phone managing high volumes of customer queries but also working with internal teams to ensure we meet our customers' individual care goals.

You will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, customer issues and finding solutions to unexpected challenges that arise. We can offer a hybrid model of working mostly from home, with 1 or 2 days in the Bella Vista office.

**About you**:

- Ideally, you will have experience working in aged care or community services industry.
- Previous experience in a phone-based role working from home would be advantageous.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and confidence in using computer systems to an advanced level.
- Previous customer service and service coordination experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, particularly over the phone.
- A professional, friendly and clear phone manner.
- Strong empathy and influencing skills.
- A positive problem-solver with a passion for helping people.
