**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Have NDIS funding
- Be in receipt of the Disability Support Pension
- Hold the right to work in Australia
- Available shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

**What you will be doing**:

- Operating hand tools to support the processing of recycled timber into furniture
- Engage in recycling and reclaiming timber to promote sustainability.

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Lived experience with a disability
- Enjoyment of hands-on, physical work
- Willingness to work in outdoors environments
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- A positive attitude and team spirit.
