**About the Opportunity**
Our client, who are an aged care provider in NSW are currently seeking an Data Entry Officer to assist them on a temporary assignment for the month of September and into early October on-site at their facility in Dean Park to cover a staff members leave.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Entry of invoices from suppliers to database Care Systems
- Verifying and processing invoices for payment
- Maintaining database and with appropriate information
- Other administrative duties as required
**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to quickly pick up and learn new systems and processes - if you have used Care Systems that is a bonus
- Be confident with the use of Microsoft Office programs including Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle and resolve complex enquiries
