Nestled in Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane, our centre has been a cherished community hub for over 43 years. With spacious outdoor play areas under leafy trees, we create a nurturing environment where children explore, discover, learn, and play.

As an integral part of our **Birralee team**, you will foster an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture where educators, children, and families can belong, grow, and thrive.

With creativity, leadership, and care, you will:

- Guide and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, play-based educational programs for children aged 0-5.
- Support the centre’s overall operations and management, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
- Nurture strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
- Promote a culture of reflection and continuous improvement among educators.
- 40 hours per week - with monthly RDO

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
