Excelsia College has attained Self-accrediting Authority and is on a trajectory to achieve Australian University College status. **Excelsia Benefits** - Maximise your "take home" income through our Salary Packaging scheme. - Enjoy flexible and family friendly policies, providing generous leave and working conditions. - Experience working in a culturally rich environment, with opportunities to engage in spiritual devotions. - Upskill with our substantial College tuition discount to eligible staff and their immediate families. - Our employees have access to Wagstream, a financial wellbeing app that offers instant access to - earned wages, the ability to save before you're paid, financial education and much more. **About the Role** Primary responsibilities include: - Providing administrative support to the Education Professional Experience Manager and students. - Sourcing education placements through networking and industry visits. - Maintaining industry partnerships to sustain education placements. - Ensuring the learning activities of professional experience units are operated effectively and efficiently. - Participation in the professional experience allocations process through meeting with students to assess their learning needs and liaison with the placement sites. - Facilitating preparation of document completion in the LMS for moderation, and final grades as required and other administrative duties. - Providing feedback and suggesting potential improvements to the Education Professional Experience program. **Selection Criteria** Qualifications and Professional Standing: - Tertiary qualification/s in Education or equivalent. - Experience in an early childhood or initial teacher education environment. - Experience in a higher education setting. Essential: - Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation. - Administration and project management skills. - Proven organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines. - Must be able to work independently. - Must uphold ethical integrity while performing duties of a sensitive nature including calculating student grades, handling petty cash, and maintaining confidentiality of personal details. - Familiarity with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. - Experience with a learning management system, particularly Moodle is strongly preferred. - Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work appropriately with students, faculty, and administrators, independently as well as in a busy team environment. **How to Apply** - Excelsia College is a smoke free campus._ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Salary packaging - Work from home Ability to commute/relocate: - Pennant Hills, NSW 2120: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pennant Hills, NSW 2120
