**Job Title**: Care Support Worker (Casual)

**Hours: 3-5** hours/week

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CareSupport Worker to join our team on a casual basis. You will provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals with health care needs, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Encourage clients in participating in exercise activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
