Comprising of 181 rooms and located on Honeysuckle Drive, Little National Hotel will offer guests a distinct blend of luxury and comfort. With architect by Bates Smart and Luchetti Krelle, Little National will set a new benchmark in hospitality for the Newcastle region. With luxurious common areas including lounge and bar, library for those needing a space to work and a state-of-the-art gym by Technogym.

**About the role**
Our Little National Hotels are all about the little details making a big impact on our guest experiences. As an Accommodation Duty Manager, you will be responsible for creating little moments for guests that will keep them coming back for more. We are seeking a warm and welcoming personality, a passion and the ability to create surprising and memorable experiences and share great local knowledge of Newcastle to assist our guests, whilst leading the Front Office team whilst on shift.
**What you will bring**

Naturally, your previous years as a supervisor within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:
- knowledge and skills at a level adequate to train the Front Office Team
- advanced time management skills and ability to manage other competing priorities
- motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication
- leadership and mentoring capabilities to build an inclusive and supportive team
- ability work under mínimal supervision and maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
- excellent personal presentation and presence
- willingness and ability to exceed expectations
- Ability to work rotating shift including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
