We manufacture and repair high quality 100% Australian made towbars and lightweight trailers. We distribute towbars Australia wide or fit to your vehicle while-u-wait at Seven Hills or Moorebank, 6 days a week. We also stock a large range of trailer parts and vehicle accessories.

This role is for an immediate start.

**About the role**

Due to continued growth, Carasel is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise the total day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- When required assist with the training and support of staff.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining the company's inventory.
- Ability to work as part of a team and work independently.
- Enter data for inventory to the computer program.
- Picking and Packing orders first thing of a morning on arrival (collecting products preparing for dispatch).
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Perform all job-related tasks in a timely manner.
- Checking incoming goods against invoices and inspecting to ensure they are free from damage.
- Loading and unloading of trucks with forklift or pallet jack.
- Ability to use warehousing machinery such as forklifts, pallet jack & walkie stacker to stack pallets into high racking.
- Understanding of stock locations.
- Complying with safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy workspace at all times.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications**:Certificate 3 in Warehousing (desirable, but not essential).
- **Experience**: Ideally 2+ years in a high volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Be self-motivated, self-reliant, trustworthy and demonstrate personal organisational skills.
- Demonstrate a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Communicate well with the ability to influence others and achieved a desired outcome.
- Manage and enforce the Company OH&S policies and safety culture.
- Good computer skills and experience in inventory software.
- Be able to lift larger items.
- Experience in warehousing.
- Have a full Australian Driver’s License.
- Have a forklift license (or willing to obtain one).
- Good understanding of parts and knowledge.
- Be a good communicator (Basic English).
- Be hard working, (Ability to work in Australia), reliable and knowledgeable.
- Ability to plan and organize the workday and ask for assistance if needed.

**PERFORMANCE GOALS**:

- Be committed and hard working.
- Keep the work area clean and safe at all times for self and others.
- Complete work on time every time informing Manager of any unplanned time delays or issues.
- To remain honest and loyal to the Carasel brand at all times.
