**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented **Inventory & Operation Control Coordinator** to join our growing warehouse team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse flow, and smooth operational control. You'll work closely with our Warehouse Manager and front-line teams to maintain high standards in stock accuracy, pick replenishment, and warehouse system optimisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Inventory Control**
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and investigate mismatches in stock.
- Coordinate automated stock transfers and generate daily inventory reports.
- Analyse transaction history and correct errors in routing or shipping.
- Support cycle counting and discrepancy analysis.

**Operation Control**
- Monitor system flows and provide real-time updates to operational teams.
- Coordinate pick batch entry and buffer accuracy.
- Suggest workstation and resource allocation based on production plans.
- Communicate with warehouse teams to support smooth operational transitions.

**Requirements**:

- MBO-4 education level or above; qualification in Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory or logistics operations.
- Strong Excel and WMS (Warehouse Management System) skills.
- Familiarity with database queries and inventory analysis.
- Forklift license and valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
