Our Client is a dynamic software business who are currently experiencing rapid National growth. Their niche and state-of-the art suite of technology products is improving workflow, increasing profitability and stimulating growth for their clients in the corporate sector.

This position is ideal for an ambitious, customer focused, proactive and motivated Tech Support professional who is ready for the first or next step in their corporate career. You will be responsible for helping clients navigate the platform and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Specifically you will:

- Provide front line telephone and ticketed technical support to small to medium sized business customers
- Utilise applicable tools such as ticketing, screen sharing, phone and custom-built tools to provide services
- Assist in producing and maintaining support documentation including 'how-to' videos and articles to provide proactive assistance to clients
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to deeply understand customer pain points and advocate for clients by surfacing customer insights, product issues and make ongoing improvements to the digital customer experience strategy
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

To be considered for this role you will have Level 1-2 inbound technical support or help desk support experience along with a passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to communicate promptly, clearly and accurately with business clients is essential as is the motivation to learn and grow with this progressive and dynamic team. Advanced computer skills are required including proficiency using MS Office 365 Applications and tertiary qualifications in IT are preferred.

**Remuneration Guide** is to $65,000 + Super depending on experience.

The position can be based in either NSW, QLD or VIC as the business has offices in every state. Flexibility to work from home and standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
