**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will guide and lead the team to meet agreed sales and profit targets for Aged Care and Oxycare
- As well as driving sales and pricing execution through sales leadership and identify, implementing and commercialising new PSO developments in collaboration with Product Management and Communications
- Manage retention and growth of the Homecare business in day-to-day operations and excellence in tender management, will be part of your role
- Also, you will manage the Major Customer portfolio for this market segment in collaboration with the Hospital Care Majors Manager.
- Furthermore, you will develop and coach Business Development Managers and others to ensure sales improvement and CX effectiveness
- You will provide functional and technical support to the wider business in matter related to healthcare
- Building and sustaining an excellent team through actively engaging in a collaborative working relationship within the overall sales team and support teams both within Healthcare (e.g. Marketing, Customer Service, Commercial, QRA, SHEQ) and the wider business (e.g. Zone Sales, CES, local operations and distribution) to help drive productivity improvements, innovations and customer experience, will be part of your role
- In addition, you will ensure all Governance activities associated with the Aged Care & OxyCare Sales team are maintained

**What makes you great**
- You have a degree level education or equivalent and you are a team builder
- Coaching, people management and training skills are required in this role
- Highly developed business acumen, and extensive selling and negotiating experience preferably in the healthcare sector are needed
- You have a proven track record in account, sales, contract & tender management (experienced negotiator)
- Senior leadership including strong financial acumen and SHEQ performance management are required
