**How will I help?**

As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for supporting our internal customers with their IT enquiries. You’ll be working for an organisation that supports development, internal career moves and flexible working. Responsibilities include:

- Resetting passwords
- Helping customers submit orders for new apps or equipment
- Guiding customers to self-help tools
- Coaching and assisting other team members when required
- Recording all activities in our ticket logging system

**What do I need?**
- Have valid Australian working rights
- Be available to work between Monday and Friday, 7:30AM to 5:30PM-there is the possibility for additional hours on an ad-hoc basis
- Have an interest in technology or data analytics
- Work as part of a team delivering service and support, with a great customer service focus
- Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Have clear communication skills
- Enjoy learning new things
- Be self-motivated, with a positive attitude towards your work
