Are you an experienced and driven Automotive Parts Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Volvo Cars South Yarra, part of the dynamic and fast-growing **Autosports Group**, is seeking a motivated professional to lead our Parts Department and drive operational excellence.

**About the Role**

As the **Parts Manager**, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient stock control, exceptional customer service, and effective team leadership. You will work closely with service and sales departments to deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Volvo brand and Autosports Group standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the parts team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
- Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory control
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and workshop teams
- Ensure accurate and timely ordering, receipting, and distribution of parts
- Monitor and improve department profitability
- Maintain compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
- Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the Volvo brand values

**About You**
- Previous experience in a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter role (automotive dealership experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of automotive parts operations and inventory systems
- Ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and drive performance
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ERA, or similar dealer management systems (highly regarded)
