**About the role**

Tweed Community & Allied Health has an exciting opportunity to join the Social Work Department at the new, state-of-the-art Tweed Valley Hospital located in Cudgen. Our Social Workers are integral to providing holistic, person-centered care across a wide range of clinical areas, including emergency, inpatient, and community settings.

We foster a supportive and inclusive environment, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital. Experience in a health or hospital setting is preferred, as it supports the delivery of high-quality, responsive care in our fast-paced and rewarding clinical environment. This role provides comprehensive and appropriate Social Work assessment and intervention as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
