**About the role**

Tweed Community & Allied Health have a vacancy for a Social Worker to join their team. This role provides comprehensive and appropriate Social Work assessment and intervention as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
