Rock Sugar is a Thai fusion restaurant in South Yarra with a focus on delivering a great customer experience. We're a cocktail heavy venue and have become a 'must visit' destination for many. We're a close knit team, offer flexible hours and have very low staff turnover.

**Whats on offer?**

**We can offer 12 hours per week or up to 25 hours per week depending on your availability (must be available Saturdays)**We are looking for someone who will play a key role in the day to day running of the bar but who will also become an integral part of the Rock Sugar team. Someone who is willing to step up when it's needed and help out on the floor if it is required during busy periods. **A minimum of 12 months cocktail experience is essential for the role, plus knowledge of classics aswell.**

**A typical week**:
**Weeknight shifts (optional)**:6-9:30pm

**Friday shift**:6pm-11pm

**Saturday shift**: 5pm-11pm

**Sunday shift**: 4pm-10pm

Many of our team have cafe or other day jobs so we are flexible with hours and can facilitate shorter shifts if required, however being hospitality Saturday nights are our busiest and require the most staff support. Additional shifts are often available to cover staff leave if interested.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $37.47 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
