Leading Hand at INTREC
- Undertake labouring tasks that vary with stages of construction for each project and site
- Support Site Manager with tasks as delegated
- Manage Site Logistics/Deliveries
- Assist in the Management of Site Labour (when applicable)
- Assist in the Management of Site Safety
- Cover Site Supervision from time to time and as required
- Assist with Site Inductions
- Assist in the Management of Intrec QA policies
- Maintain high levels of professionalism

The skills we need
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- You must have an up-to-date Flu Vaccination & White Card
- Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving expertise
- MS Office: Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Enthusiasm, passion, and a willingness to learn
