**About ADG Asset Advisory Services (AAS)**

ADG Asset Advisory Services leads the field in condition assessments and asset investigations, monitoring, data collection, and analysis. Leveraging cutting-edge technology alongside a deep comprehension of modern engineering principles, we optimize field data and observations, fostering innovative outcomes and solutions.

**About the Role**

ADG is seeking an Associate Director to spearhead the Brisbane team within our Asset Advisory Services business (AAS).

This pivotal role centres on leading and developing a team of engineers, physicists, and field technicians who deliver services to asset-intensive industries and sectors. These sectors offer potential repeat orders for long-term work, ensuring revenue continuity and enabling the evolution of relevant services and products.

This role is charged with driving the Company’s Business Plan, shaping opportunities that harmonize the varied skills of our team to produce distinctive results in asset management for our clientele. These services currently encompass:

- Conducting dilapidation and condition assessments of infrastructure and building assets
- Performing forensic engineering reviews and generating reports
- Monitoring and data capture including Photogrammetry, Lidar, Drone Surveying, remote sensor monitoring
- Repurposing and extension of design life of assets

**Key Accountabilities**

***Some of your key accountabilities in this role will include:

- Supporting the growth and development of the AAS offering into a nationally recognised brand that differentiates ADG across Australia
- Fostering the growth of SEQ clients in asset intensive industries and sectors
- Utilising and developing expertise in data acquisition, capture, storage, management, and analytics to yield valuable business insights
- Identifying requisite skills and technological prerequisites within the team and strategic partnerships to accomplish business goals
- Fostering innovation and evolution of our service offerings
- Leading business development initiatives to identify prospects and further developing the company’s project pipeline
- Providing oversight of all projects undertaken by the Brisbane AAS team
- Developing and managing marketing / BD budgets to drive targeted revenue growth
- Propelling commercial growth and leveraging networks to explore new and emerging markets and sectors

**We are looking for someone with**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
- Experience in asset management in relevant industries
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with digital engineering processes and technologies
- Comprehensive grasp of Engineering, Asset Management, and data capture
- Strong commercial acumen and an astute comprehension of risk and risk management
- Sound background in data governance, standards, and process development
- A passion for innovation and creative problem-solving
- Dynamic leadership aptitude, adept at team-building and leadership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
