As a Manager for Internal Audit Quality Assurance, you will be accountable to ensure Internal Audit’s current level of quality in its assurance activities is measure. Where quality is not acceptable, appropriate actions are taken to increase quality and IA’s quality expectations are matured and augmented over time to meet the desired level.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Executing components of Internal Audit’s Quality Assurance Program to a high standard.
- Generating higher level reporting on Internal Audit’s Quality Assurance Program’s outcomes for consumption by key stakeholders.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to increase efficiency, coverage, and timeliness of Internal Audit’s Quality Assurance Program, in particular leveraging data analytics capabilities.
- Maintain documentation reflecting IA’s QA program.
- Developing and delivering any necessary training resulting from Quality Assurance activity in conjunction with the Manager, Capability Growth.
- Maintain and enhance IA’s methodology, standard operating procedures and instructions considering QA activity insights and desired future state.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Solid understanding of various risk types spanning multiple areas of the bank.
- Advanced leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) programs.
- Substantial experience with stakeholder engagement and management.
- Profound experience in industry risk-based functions or assurance professional service firms.
- Tertiary qualified, preferably with a Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
