**The Role**
The role of a Motor Assessing Manager can be incredibly rewarding and challenging, with key responsibilities including:
- Managing a team of 10 Motor Assessors
- Review and check the work of the Motor Assessors to ensure accuracy.
- Conducting regular audits and maintaining quality control measures
- Providing guidance and solutions to address issues
- Collaborate with assessors to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively
- Facilitate with recruitment, onboarding, training and development and performance monitoring
