**About the Role**:
Support Services is responsible for the provision of non-clinical services that includes food services, patient support, porters, cleaning, linen, pest control, central production kitchen, waste management, car parking, hygiene services and some retail services. Join our team as an Environmental Services Assistant at Monash Children's Hospital, Clayton. This is a full-time role working a Sunday to Thursday roster, 7:00pm to 3:30 am.

**About Us**:
Our Support Services team provides a range of essential non-clinical services that help our hospitals run. We provide Food Services, Central Production Kitchen, patient support, porters, cleaning, linen, pest control, waste management, car parking, Hygiene Services and some retail services.

**About You**:
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Holds a strong commitment to working effectively as part of a team
- Takes pride in your work with great attention to detail
- Has great time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Certificate III Cleaning Services(Desirable)
- Able to undertake physical work including lifting, carrying and manual handling
- A high standard of demonstrated experience in customer service and cleaning in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work with a cohesive team or individually to complete daily tasks
- Excellent understanding of infection control procedures
- Basic to intermediate computer/digital skills
