**ABOUT US**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Warrikal are currently seeking an
- Data entry of supplier invoices within the accounting system, ensuring all supplier invoices are matched to an appropriately authorised purchase order.
- Liaise with project teams and managers with regards to accurate job costing and invoicing processing cost allocation.
- Reconciliation of creditor statements.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Preparation of EFT payment runs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
- Coordinate and assist with the supplier onboarding process and set-up of new suppliers within the system.
- Regular review of open purchase orders within the system and work with internal stakeholders to ensure purchase orders are closed in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the preparation of GL expense reconciliations for year-end accounts.
- Assisting the Finance team with ad hoc duties.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience in any sector.
- Desirable to have some Pronto experience.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Advantageous (but not essential) to have a Cert IV or Diploma or above within a business, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive, problem-solving mind.
- Organised, hardworking and reliable.
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with our suppliers and various stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously, as part of a team and a self-motivator
