Overview:

- The Assistant Director Integrated Care Systems is responsible for leading the development, implementation, evaluation and ongoing management of critical Statewide strategies, initiatives and projects under the remit of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate including the complex My Home Hospital Program, the SA Community Care Program and other supported discharge/hospital avoidance programs and service models.
- The Assistant Director Integrated Care Systems is responsible for the oversight of expert data and financial analysis and advice related to the performance of strategies and projects under the remit of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate to inform Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW) decision-making.
- The Assistant Director Integrated Care Systems will provide support and guidance to the broader Integrated Care Systems Team in the implementation and evaluation of strategies, initiatives and projects and monitor and report on achievement of identified outcomes and projected benefits.
- The Assistant Director Integrated Care Systems will provide significant contribution to the Integrated Care Systems Leadership Team, supporting the Executive Director to achieve goals and objectives of the Directorate and DHW.
