**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have a position available for a Technical Customer Success Consultant to join our SMB team based in Sydney. In this role you will support our existing customers with ongoing customer contact program. With new Customers you will be onboarding, training & enabling our clients to thrive with our software and services, working in conjunction with our Project and Implementation teams.

Joining Fujifilm as a Technical Customer Success Consultant will also involve:

- Supporting our existing customer base to maintain key relationships and identify new automation and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintaining an active engagement with our clients through our EBR (Executive Business Review) program
- Onboarding, training and enabling New clients to ensure first value is delivered early to our clients
- Working in conjunction with the Sales & Pre sales team to develop JSP (Joint Success Plans) for our new customers
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of FBAU’s products, services offerings, methodologies, and external companies and products within Document Management and Workflow Automation industry
- Contributing to product development based on client feedback

**YOUR EXPERIENCE
With exceptional communication skills, and the ability to articulate technical information clearly, you will have a strong focus on customer service and can easily build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. We will also be looking for:

- Proven experience in a Sales environment and a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle within a Software Solutions business
- Strong relationship building skills
- The ability to take ownership and manage small to medium scale projects
- Knowledge of DMS/Electronic Capture Management process and underlying technology
- Exposure to OCR/Capture Technology and/or Products and C# Programming
- Experience with SQL Database
