**Location**: Brisbane

The Project Finance Controller will manage all elements of projects and ensure they are completed within the budget and schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer the accurate and timely creation of projects within our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in accordance with the contract and project deliverables
- Work with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle to drive efficient and effective client invoicing in line with project plans and agreements
- Prepare and provide financial analysis and information to assist project managers and support commercial decisions
- Support project managers across a portfolio of projects of varying complexities, sizes, and values
- Contribute to the achievement of the broader Finance team goals
- Work in harmony with Umwelt’s values, objectives, policies, and procedures

**About You**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project finance administration or a similar role
- Experience working with multiple consulting projects or other project financial work
- Proven track record of overseeing entire project lifecycles, using work breakdown structures, and having a good understanding of standard project management processes
- Experience in working within an ERP
- Well-developed time management skills
- Strong organisation skills to succeed at managing multiple ongoing tasks
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Word, Excel)
- Experience using Project Management software will be highly regarded
