About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our Italian restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a warm and engaging personality, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for Italian food, wine, and hospitality. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth dining experience, maintaining service excellence, and supporting our staff to deliver an authentic and memorable guest experience.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in an Italian or Mediterranean restaurant).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and dining etiquette.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, reservations software, and basic reporting.
  • Current RSA and Food Safety certificates (or willingness to obtain).
