**The Role**:
gather. by Cater Care is seeking passionate hospitality staff of all experience levels to join our supportive team at Shore School in North Sydney

Whether it’s preparing delicious ingredients or providing warm and friendly customer service; you’ll be an essential part in making sure our students and faculty are provided with a comforting dining experience.

No previous experience is necessary for our Catering Assistants; only a team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn. Front of House and events experience is highly regarded for our supervisors.

**Catering Assistant Roster**: Various days and hours

**Our Catering Assistant Responsibilities include**:
Preparing and presenting our carefully crafted meals
Customer service - serving our students meals and snacks
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
Assisting the broader team as required

Previous experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene

Experience in catering or hospitality in an education setting will be well regarded.

**Supervisor Roster**:
Morning and Evening shifts available throughout the week

**What the Supervisor role involves**:
Overlooking the smooth provision of meals for our students and faculty (breakfast, morning tea, lunch)
Organising functions and delivering catering around the school
Supervising kitchen / service staff to ensure quality standards
Maintaining proper food hygiene and safety practices
Assisting the broader team as required

**The Ideal Supervisor Will Have**:
Previous experience in food preparation and/or working in kitchens (ideally in a supervisory capacity)
Similar experience managing or catering events
Friendly and professional customer service skills
Reliability and punctuality so they can really be counted on

A Food Safety Supervisor is desirable but can be done as part of induction into the role.
