Junior Medical Staff Administrative Support Officer - Mental Health Division

**About the role**:
The Mental Health Division forms part of Austin Health. It provides a comprehensive range of child, adolescent, youth and adult mental health services to the areas of north east metro Melbourne along with inter-regional and state-wide specialist services, which are provided on both an inpatient basis and in community settings. The Mental Health Division is strongly committed to providing recovery-oriented services by providing holistic, compassionate care and offering partnership in recovery.
We are looking for an administrative support office to supprt as directed by the Hospital Co-ordinator of Post graduate Psychiatry training in order to provide service to the Junior Medical Staff. The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining processes that provide a responsive, supportive, and professional service independently, efficiently, and effectively. Excellent organisational and communication skills and advanced computer literacy and teamwork are required.
