THE JOB - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
- This Territory Manager role’s core objective is to achieve sales targets, goals and objectives of the division, to aid in the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes.
- The position will develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
- You will build strong relationships with existing hospital customers, in the area of endoscopy, and drive new business and plan and develop the market for existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Medical device or consumables sales experience with a commercial mindset and demonstrated achievements of sales success.
- You may also be a hospital specialist sales representative in the Rx pharmaceutical industry or in the life science sector, seeking to break into medical devices and looking to commence your commercial sales career in one of the best med tech companies in the world, key here is your attitude.
- If you have healthcare sales experience, you will have;
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and executing on new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a territory, in Sydney, realising growth opportunities, (you can be located anywhere in metro Sydney as the territory is central with no regional travel What a dream).
- If you are a healthcare sales professional, you will be/have;
- A capable learner with the ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly.
- Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule.
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
- Results focused with a resilient, flexible approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You must be an Australian Citizen or have Australian PR.
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
