- Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes is a 75 place service with warm and inviting learning spaces, and engaging outdoor play areas — with sandpits, a bike track, a climbing wall, a teepee, a bush tucker garden, and vegetable and herb gardens — where children are encouraged to ignite their sense of curiosity and discovery. We are looking Casual Educators to join our team.

- Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.- Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.- Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.- Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.- Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.- Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.
