At Our Learning Steps, we are passionate about both children and learning We are a thriving 64-place centre in Patterson Lakes, dedicated to providing high-quality care and fostering educational outcomes for all children. As our centre continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic casual relief Educator to join our team. This role offers anywhere between 1 to 37.5 hours per week, and we would love to find someone who shares our commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

**What You’ll Do**: As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with fellow Educators to create a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging learning environment where children thrive. You will play a key role in inspiring curiosity and a love of learning, ensuring that every child has a positive and enriching educational experience.

**What We’re Looking For**: We’re seeking someone with:

- A proactive and committed approach to their work
- A sound understanding of the learning processes in young children
- A great sense of humour and a passion for making learning fun
- A dedication to creating an inspiring and challenging environment for children

**You’ll Need**:

- A Diploma in Children’s Services or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- A current Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLDF)
- Good ICT skills
- Flexibility and availability to work across a variety of shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
