**The Role**:
Working in a state-of-the-art, newly refurbished workshop and office building, you will leverage your industry knowledge and experience to deliver expert product advice and exceptional customer service to both internal (workshop) and external customers. Your contributions will play a key role in the department's ongoing commercial success.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Ensuring all customer orders for parts are interpreted correctly and despatched promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Receiving, storing, and despatching goods whilst maintaining the warehouse and required stock levels.
- Keeping fully abreast of changes in products, technology and manufacturers expectations.

**What we need from you**:

- Experience working in a Parts environment, with previous interpretation experience
- Have a customer focused mentality
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
- Experience working in fast paced environment
- Hands on experience with the ERA Computer system and Volkswagen products will be viewed upon favorably
- Valid NSW drivers License
