- time and Casual opportunity has arisen for a Car Sales Consultant to join our energetic team at BYD Dandenong, Brooklyn and Brighton Dealership**

Help us create an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping experience at our
**Dandenong, Brooklyn and Brighton** sites and kiosk locations in major shopping centers in Melbourne, selling our new energy Electric Vehicles. Working exclusively with
**BYD**, we are looking for individuals who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for the launch of this exciting
**new Electric Vehicle brand in Australia**. We are open minded regarding the right background, regardless of your work history, you must have exceptional inter-personal skills and an engaging personality. Having a flexible and agile approach will be critical to support our business as it grows in Victoria and Australia.

This is a chance to pursue and develop your career whilst also working with

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Building rapport and fostering successful relationships
- Identifying and exceeding the needs of clientele
- Assisting in the selection and purchase process of vehicles
- Demonstrating vehicles to clientele
- Following sales process
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Maintaining technical and industry knowledge

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Previous sales experience
- The ability to connect with our Guests
- A current driver's license (manual transmission driver)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- The ability to work autonomously
- Professional, honest and well-presented
- The ability to multitask
- Team player with a 'can do attitude'
