**We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson for a company with the head office operations in the Woodville area.**

Our client is a national company with headquarters in Adelaide. They are leading electrical communications, technical services and energy solutions provider.

The purpose of this role is to maintain all stock in the warehouse and pick orders using safe manual handling procedures in an effective and timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake all duties in a safe, responsible manner
- Plan, pick and cross check orders
- Employ correct stock rotation principles
- Ensure warehouse is neat, clean and orderly
- Forklift operations
- Occasional delivery in the metro area so drivers license essential
- Assist in all site stock takes
- Load/unload containers and delivery vehicles as required

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous forklift experience and have a valid forklift license
- Experience picking orders preferably in an a blue collar industry
- Understand company WHS requirments
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- A sound understanding of stock control
- Possess a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Good time and organisational skills

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Para Hills SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
