**About the Role**

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our busy Cheltenham warehouse. You will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, from goods inwards and order processing through to despatch, ensuring every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods inwards, despatch, inventory management, and stockflow.
- Complete warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics (DIFOT, AOT, order accuracy) and drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping and safety.
- Collaborate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**About You**
- Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver results.
- Experience with Business Central (BC) and RF scanning software (Tasklet, JDA or Manhattan) is highly regarded.
- Forklift Licence (LF) required.
- Commitment to TigerPak’s values and a passion for building a positive team culture.
