**About Our Client**:
My client is a small & important subsidiary of a larger group.The company provides telecommunication services across Australia. They have enjoyed growth in recent years via both organic means & acquisition.

Having recently acquired a competitor, the business is looking to expand their team.The company is a relatively small, tight knit company - where everybody gets on & will interact with each other.

You'll be working in a small team of 3 in Accounts reporting directly in to the CFO

This is a hands on position, covering a lot of areas of finance.You don't necessarily need experience on all of these functions, but a good top level knowledge of all would be helpful.

Key duties include:

- Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable processing
- Payroll and timesheet support & processing
- Bank account & credit card reconciliations
- Supporting with month end processes & reconciliations

**The Successful Applicant**:
My client is open to a range of backgrounds & experience for this role.

They are open to somebody who has recently graduated with a relevant degree, or who has experience working in similar roles to this. Ideally you will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, but this is not essential.An attitude of wanting to learn, progress and develop yourself is crucial, as is somebody who's eager to work in a small, tight knit team and be mentored.Experience using Xero is very important for this position.

Experience using basic formulas in Excel will be very helpful.

**What's on Offer**:
I have a very competitive salary and package on offer for this role.
- Salary in the $55,000 - $70,000 range + superannuation dependent on experience.
- Brendale location with parking on site
- Flexible working hours (some staff will leave early to do a school pick up, then log on from home later)
