As the Principal Project Officer (Incident Response), you will work closely with a wide range of key stakeholders to ensure coordinated responses to cyber incidents. You will support the effective and coordinated delivery of communications and information and continually maintain and improve whole of government incident response plans and processes that span the scope of the incident response lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating communication and non-technical business response activity during a cyber incident through effective liaison with Cyber Defence Centre technical experts.
- Operating the interface between CSU & the Crisis Communication Network during a state cyber incident or crisis under the Queensland Disaster Management Arrangements
- Operating cyber incident management processes and ensuring a smooth interface to the Cyber Defence Centre for incidents which may have a whole of Government impact.
- Deliver projects to improve the whole of Government cyber security incident management capabilities, including planning and participating in whole of Government cyber exercises.
- Provide expert advice in improving cyber incident management practice and assist in operation of the whole of Government Communities of Practice.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
