A great opportunity with our key client has become available for a hands on **Maintenance Supervisor** to join a leading supplier of dairy products in their brand new facility in South West Sydney. As a **Maintenance Supervisor** will play a pivotal role in overseeing the trades team and provide a range of maintenance services on site.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Working on breakdowns
- Planned & preventative maintenance
- Lead & oversee the trades team and ensure site services are maintained
- Engage & supervise contractors undertaking specialized work on site
- Work cross functionally with production, QA & external suppliers
- Maintain equipment and the building while complying with mandatory regulations
- Develop & implement practical production orientated solutions to technical problems & lead process improvement

**About you;**
- Min 5 years experience in a similar role (food industry highly regarded)
- Ability to manage multiple contractors, trades & staff
- Good computer skills
- Relevant trade qualifications (licensed electrician, mechanical fitter/engineer)
- Attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
