**About The Centre**

Thrive North Ryde is located in North West Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

The team works collaboratively to create shared goals with a clear vision to incorporate inclusion into their program. The team believe in shared leadership as a reflection of each team members unique skills and capabilities.

Educators voices are valued and acknowledged and there is a positive culture in the centre which is driven by mutual respect and understanding.

**About The Role**

We are looking for a fully qualified educator to join our team.

We are looking for professional educators with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and other educators.

**You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
- Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
