Our mission is simple: to design and deliver high performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our distributive trade customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively - Due to continued growth in our level of sales activity, a vacancy exists within our Solution Consultancy Department for a Solutions Consultant to work across the Klipboard product portfolio, primarily rental/hire software and expanding across other markets as they are introduced to the Australia and NZ markets. **Key Responsibilities**: - Working with the Sales & Solution Consultancy teams to build demonstrations, presentations, webinars and documentation, and to enhance our core demonstration capabilities - Attending workshops and Business Discovery sessions with customers and prospects to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements, and documenting their outcome - Building and presenting software presentations that demonstrate to our customers that our solutions can meet and exceed their requirements and provide business benefit and value including modules for reservations, contracts, invoicing, maintenance, and reporting. - Working closely with our Professional Services Group (PSG), Support and Development teams to develop customer propositions, you will ensure that the business understands the real customer requirements and will work closely to ensure that the best available solutions, some of which may be latest developments, are implemented to meet their need. - Ensuring that all requirements, information gathered, and demonstrations are documented to provide a handover to PSG and the rest of the business. - Provide guidance on system integration (e.g., with accounting software, payment gateways, or ERP systems). - Ensuring that the latest developments are incorporated into our demonstration and working closely with the product teams to adopt new features as well as set up and document these on the demonstration systems - Maintaining and enhancing the core demonstration data sets in order to ensure that our systems best represents a live trading environment. **Skills, Knowledge and Experience**: **Essential** - The ability to understand and assimilate business process and requirements and convert these to presentations & demonstrations to show business benefit to the customer and why they should select Klipboard as a partner - Strong understanding of ERP systems and software implementations and how to practically identify key customer requirements and demonstrate solutions using the Klipboard product portfolio. - The ability to bridge the gap between technical aspects of our product portfolio and the business needs of our customers and demonstrate the value and capabilities of our products in the language of our customers. - Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals from CEO to warehouse operative, and maintain an effective working relationship within a team environment - Ability to work under pressure with limited time and direction and to work to deadlines - Be adaptable, work conscientiously and use own initiative and also work as part of the Solution Consultancy and sales teams **Desirable** - A strong background and understanding of the rental/hire market - A good working knowledge of the Klipboard portfolio architecture and product set. - Knowledge and experience of Klipboard core markets - Previous experience in similar role or appropriate industry **Company Info** You may also have seen from our recent posts that we are excited to begin sharing our new company name - Klipboard.
