**The Role**
As the Sales Team Leader reporting to the General Manager - Land Development, you’ll drive the team to exceed sales targets through strategic planning, performance management, and strong relationships with customers and builders.
Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Leadership & Strategy**
- Develop and implement annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with company goals
- Report on sales performance monthly, quarterly, and annually, and present sales updates at board meetings
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline processes and ensure efficiency
- Continually assess and improve the sales process while identifying skill development opportunities
- Oversee and coordinate pricing and rebates for individual lots
- Manage the Stage Release Program, ensuring seamless coordination across departments
**Builder Relations**
- Lead and optimise the planning and operations of Display Village programs
- Develop and execute a Builder Relations Strategy to meet business objectives and sales targets
- Represent the company at builder events and support the sales team in hosting responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate builder performance, identifying new partnership opportunities
**Marketing Collaboration**
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure sales and marketing goals are aligned

You're a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving sales success and motivating high-performing teams. You’re results-driven, adaptable, and excel at analysing data to fuel performance and market growth.

- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and set clear goals
- Skilled at building lasting customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Strategic thinker who adapts to changing trends and customer needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Always looking for ways to grow and improve sales performance
- Experience with SalesForce and DocuSign is a plus
- C Class Driver’s License required
