**Grade 2 Dietitian; 1.0 EFT from March 23 -June 24.**

Applications are invited from suitably qualified dietitians for a full-time temporary Grade 2 dietitian at Joan Kirner Hospital in chronic disease prevention and obstetrics services.

The main role of this dietitian will predominately be in a new service that involves establishing telehealth clinics targeting the long-term prevention of type 2 diabetes in women with a history of gestational diabetes, and have given birth in the past 12 months.

The workload will also include an outpatient workload in the Joan Kirner Hospital working within the obstetric service, particularly with pregnant woman with gestational diabetes.

Part-time and job share applicants will be considered.

Must have, or be currently eligible for, membership of Dietitians Association of Australia.

**To be successful in this role you**
- Ideally would have had some experience in chronic disease prevention via telehealth, and in coaching woman towards a health goal.
- Preferably, have some experience in the management of woman with gestational diabetes in pregnancy.
- Require excellent organisation and time management skills, and be self driven.
- Relish a busy outpatient workload juggling a large volume of patients.
