**About the Role**
This role will be dynamic with the opportunity to create change, coach others and make a difference in how best to support the team members in health, safety and wellbeing.

Reporting into the Regional HSE Manager, the HSE Business Partner will be responsible to lead, in partnership with local leadership and Regional HSE Manager, the Health, Safety and Environmental strategy and initiatives for our Braeside manufacturing and distribution footprint. You will also work with the global HSE team to further define and drive into action their HSE strategy.

**About You**
You will have a relevant Tertiary qualification and/or previous proven experience in HSE leadership as well as experience working with operational teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment. You will have the ability to be both strategic and operationally focused according to the requirements at hand as well as the ability to interpret Australian OH&S legislation, develop policy and action accordingly. Extensive auditing and workplace assessment experience is desirable.
