**What this opportunity involves**:
As the HSE Business Partner, you’ll be passionate about health, safety and the environment. With experience in the construction industry, you’ll contribute to a high-performing, dynamic team at JLL, embodying our One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together culture. Partner with our reputable Project Development and Services business to foster a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and sub-contractors.

**An Overview of the role**:
Familiarize yourself with our business requirements under ISO and Office of the Federal Safety Commission (OFSC) certifications
Attend project review meetings and provide valuable insights from a health, safety, environment, and quality perspective
Conduct site visits, engage in HSE activities, and carry out audits to ensure compliance and completion of corrective actions
Manage incidents according to our management systems and client requirements
Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement systemic solutions
Design and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders
Contribute to the development of National HSEQ Strategies and initiatives
Lead the implementation of management system improvement initiatives
Review contractor HSE documentation and suggest recommendations for improvement
Ensure the implementation of appropriate systems to meet contractual obligations
Participate in risk discussions and workshops to support successful project delivery
Be a champion for JLL's One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together Safety Culture

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Minimum of a Cert IV in OHS (Diploma preferred)
ICAM Lead Investigator certification preferred
Construction Industry White Card
Exposure to ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001) and/or OFSC accreditation
Prior experience in the construction industry is preferable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and reporting experience
