YOUR NEW ROLE
As an Assistant Manager of our Click & Collect Store in Batemans Bay, you'll be responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations, and reporting directly to the Area Leader.
You proactively identify opportunities to make operations more efficient, look after staff rostering and manage costs of doing business. Leading the daily operations of the warehouse, you're focused on team training, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed in their roles. You'll lead by example to inspire a positive and performing team culture that prioritises safety and delivers a fantastic place to work and shop.
