Move your career forward with ILS. We are currently recruiting for a **Full-Time Store Manager** at our **Batemans Bay Store**. This is a full-time role, with some real work/life balance - **Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm**. **Your "New" Day to Day**: - Opening and closing the store and balancing transactions - Actively seeking new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities - Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from ILS. - Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more... - Assisting with the administration and stock replenishment duties for the store - Processing orders and hire contracts - Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement - Being the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businesses **What's In It For You**: - Monday to Friday / 9 am to 5 pm - Competitive salary package - Commission - Employee benefits and rewards - Professional and supportive team environment - Ongoing extensive training and coaching - Company Paid Parental Leave - Birthday leave day - Volunteer leave day **ILS is an NDIS Provider and therefore all ILS Employees are required to provide Right to Work in Australia and Workers check information i.e Working with Children Checks, Police checks.** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $60,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Referral program - Salary packaging Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
