We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our vibrant team, focusing on the NDIS and Disability sector, supporting both children and adults. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desired. **Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**: Overseeing the delivery of NDIS services to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Managing staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and creating a positive workplace culture.
- **Client Relations**: Ensuring participants' needs are met, addressing concerns, and improving satisfaction levels.
- **Strategic Planning**: Developing and implementing strategies for service delivery and growth within the NDIS framework.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensuring adherence to NDIS guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.
- **Financial Oversight**: Managing budgets, invoicing, and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborating with participants, families, providers, and community organisations to achieve goals.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license & Car
- Working with Children Check
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Rights to work in Australia

**To Apply**:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney Western Suburbs NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
