Zarraffas Coffee Deception Bay an opening for a supervisors+. That is right we want someone we can craft into a management position. We have recently purchased this location and due to explosive growth, we need a new operational ninja to join the team.

So what do we need from you?
- Great with people. It is a people business, so warm professional relationships with team members and customers is at the heart of what you do. Show us this is part of your DNA.
- Multitasking guru. The gig involves work on the floor as well as admin. We need you to be a “multiple tab open” kind of person.
- Strong moral compass. We value and bend over backwards for people with ethics and strength of character.
- QSR experience. You have had several years in a food related business, supervising teams in a busy environment.
